Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level admin support to consultants, ensuring projects run smoothly
* Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange international travel
* Proofread and produce documents, including presentations and engagement letters
* Liaise directly with and build and maintain strong client relationships
* Assist with office-related tasks, including basic IT troubleshooting
* Maintaining the in-house database
About You
* Experience in Executive Search, Private Equity, or Management Consultancy is desirable
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
* Proactive, articulate, and always one step ahead
