Your responsibilities include: Translate customer needs into solutions, thinking expansively and using a wide lens to capture both immediate and future requirements Support verification and validation efforts, including pre-silicon (FPGA systems) and post-silicon testing, to guarantee compliance with requirements **Desired requirements/Qualifications****Education & Experience** Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Embedded Firmware/Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)Experience with ARM/DSP/FPGA/BT platforms is a plus**Technical Expertise (knowledge and experience****)** System Engineering methodologies and HW/SW product development flows, including requirements capture (e.g., Jama), integration, verification, and validation Signal processing and multi-core development in the audio domain; experience with DSP cores (e.g., Cadence HiFi) and ARM cores is an advantage Testing and debugging techniques, with proficiency in tools such as oscilloscopes, audio analysers (Audio Precision), and wireless protocol analysersAbility to lead multi-disciplinary, globally distributed teams and influence stakeholders across hardware, software, and business domains Demonstrated experience in mentoring and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment **Additional Knowledge** Programming in C, C++, or Python, and familiarity with software development tools and flows (e.g., Git, JIRA, Jenkins) **Soft Skills & Attributes** Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong team playerAbility to travel up to 10% globally (U.S., Europe, Asia)
