We are seeking a Paraplanning Team Lead Lead for a Highly Reputable & Growing Irish Brokerage firm.This is a Hybrid Working Opportunity with an office based in Dublin City Centre.The Role:Lead the paraplanning team by exampleLiaise with head of financial planning and client services team manager to ensure objectives and goals are alignedCommunicate between the paraplanning and planning team to ensure consistency across the businessEnsure consistent support and mentoring of junior paraplannersCommunicate with clients regarding financial plans and objectivesEnsure quality and consistency across the paraplanning teamBuilding financial plans for our clients using cash flow modelling systemIssuing client reports post client meetingsAttending client meetings alongside Financial PlannersWhat you need:Must have QFA qualification, ideally CFP qualified3+ years experience as a Paraplanner in a brokerage firm is essentialLeadership experience is essentialExperience with Voyant is a strong advantageStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
