Assistant Manager - Audit

As a Qualified Accountant stepping into an Assistant Manager role, you'll be trusted with responsibility, supported by strong leadership, and given the space to develop both professionally and personally.

We believe in continuous learning, collaborative problem-solving, and staying ahead of change. From managing complex Audit engagements to mentoring junior staff, you'll be central to how we deliver quality and insight across a diverse portfolio of clients.

What You'll Be Doing

* Manage your own portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries.
* Exercise sound judgment in resolving technical and complex auditing and accounting matters, escalating when required.
* Coach, supervise, and develop staff, ensuring high-quality work and knowledge sharing.
* Review financial statements, audit files, and supporting documentation to maintain compliance with professional standards.
* Collaborate closely with Tax team, to ensure all client tax compliance and tax planning needs are met.
* Contribute to ad-hoc projects and firmwide initiatives as they arise.

What You'll Bring

* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
* Strong technical knowledge of Accounting Standards, International Standards in Auditing, Company Law, Financial Reporting and Risk Management.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements.
* Proven experience mentoring and leading teams.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both with clients and internally.
* Integrity, professionalism, and sound judgement under pressure.
