Clinical Nurse Manager II Role
Within our healthcare organization, the Clinical Nurse Manager II role plays a pivotal part in service planning, coordination, and management within the clinical area.
* Service Planning and Management: The CNM II will lead the implementation and provision of quality care by coordinating and managing resources.
* Clinical Leadership: Provide high-level professional and clinical leadership to ensure exceptional patient care standards using evidence-based approaches.
* Assessment and Delivery: Responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and review of service user care by all staff in designated areas.
* Nursing Care: Provide safe, comprehensive nursing care to service users according to NMBI guidelines.
* Collaboration and Communication: Participate in teams, meetings, and committees as necessary, communicating effectively with team members.
* Co-ordination and Liaison: Facilitate coordination, cooperation, and liaison across healthcare teams.
* Treatment and Care: Collaborate with service users, family, carers, and other staff in treatment and care.
* Nursing Supervision: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care through personal involvement and supervising the activities of qualified nurses.
