eir evo talent are currently seeking applicants for an ICT Change Manager – Transformation Change and Communications Specialist. This is a day rate contractor position located with our client in Dublin. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days on site per week.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop impactful change communications content in collaboration with work stream leads to drive awareness, foster acceptance and support the adoption of work stream initiatives.
2. Provide Change Management support to Programme workstreams
3. Develop Programme Change heatmap
4. Develop and deliver highly effective change and communications plans
5. Conduct change analysis, change impact and business readiness assessments
6. Ensure comprehensive and effective monitoring and co-ordination of communications and change activities
7. Manage Stakeholders communications and engagements
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
9. Contribute to Programme planning and identification of risks/issues
Requirements:
10. Organisational Change Management – Proven recent and significant experience of working in an Organisational Change Management environment.
11. Supporting the delivery of IT Transformation Programme – involving changes to people, behaviours, ways of working, organisational structure and processes.
12. Strong analytical skills – ability to assess complex situations and develop practical solutions
13. Communications development and planning – proven recent experience in communications development, translating technical content into plain English and communications planning & co-ordination.
14. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills – excellent communications and interpersonal skills to build impact and influence
15. Ability to lead and manage change initiatives at all levels; with proven experience in engaging and influencing management, driving buy-in, and fostering a culture of adaptability and innovation.
Monitor stakeholder cohesion and alignment within the team to proactively identify and address potential resistance / conflict.
