Seeking a skilled and experienced Solicitor to contribute to the growth of our practice in North Dublin.
* Manage a diverse caseload across various practice areas including litigation property law probate & wills and family law.
* Handle civil and commercial disputes court appearances and case strategy in litigation.
* Advise clients on estate planning administering estates and drafting wills in probate & wills.
* Represent clients in matters including separation divorce custody and maintenance in family law.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years post-qualified experience as a Solicitor in a general practice or specialist firm. They should have strong technical knowledge and practical experience across listed practice areas excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to business development.
