This role will take full ownership of organisational readiness, delivery alignment and governance, working closely with business leaders, technical teams and a wider group-level programme.You'll bringstructure, pace and stakeholder alignmentacross multiple workstreams—covering process readiness, data, functional engagement, integration planning, change management and cutover preparation.
