At our residential service, we provide community-based support for individuals with autism. Our team is dedicated to enabling people to achieve a high quality of life while promoting autonomy and independence.

We are seeking a Social Care Worker/Autism Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Co. Kildare. The successful candidate will be proactive and imaginative when it comes to service provision, promoting the wellbeing of all those supported across all locations.

">

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and engagement skills, as well as at least one year of recent experience in a similar role. A full, clean manual driving licence and eligibility for CORU Registration are also essential criteria.

">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
* Level 7 qualification in Social Care/Studies from an accredited institution or equivalent
">
* Relevant third-level degree in social work, psychology, or allied health
">
* Post-graduate qualification in Autism Studies
">
* Excellent communication and engagement skills
">
* At least one year of recent experience in a similar role
">
* Full, clean manual driving licence
">
* Eligibility for CORU Registration
">
* Desirable: Experience supporting individuals with ASD and knowledge of autism
">
