Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic HR Professional to play a key role in shaping our people strategy.
This is a fully office-based role with occasional travel to sites, where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic, people-focused company.
Main Responsibilities:
* Handle day-to-day HR queries and administrative tasks (contracts, absences, Workday updates)
* Support training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
* Lead on Employee Relations issues, investigations, and ensure compliance with Irish employment law
* Drive HR reporting and contribute to policy development
* Promote positive employee engagement and support wellbeing initiatives
* Support managers in managing talent and performance
* Maintain and update employee records in line with GDPR
Requirements:
* HETAC level 8 Degree in HR or Third-level qualification in HRM and/or CIPD qualification
* A minimum of 3 years solid HR Experience, particularly familiarity with absenteeism and disciplinary management
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices
* Experience with Workday and TMS systems is preferable; Contract Cleaning or Service Sector experience an advantage
