Church of Oak is building an ambitious new Irish luxury venture with global ambition. We are assembling a small, exceptional team to take the business from first launch into international markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and lead the global digital and DTC strategy for Church of Oak, from platform positioning and creative direction, to performance marketing and e-commerce optimisation.
* Oversee the design and execution of all digital brand communications, storytelling, content, and campaigns, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our quality and ambition.
* Lead the launch of high impact DTC and e-commerce channels, ensuring flawless user experience, conversion, and customer retention.
* Manage performance marketing campaigns across paid social, search, CRM, and affiliate channels, with a strong focus on ROI and growth.
* Identify and develop collaborations, influencer partnerships, and digital activations that amplify our brand story and reach premium spirits and luxury lifestyle audiences.
* Implement analytics frameworks to track engagement, conversions, and lifetime value, ensuring data driven decision making.
Profile
* Senior digital marketing or e-commerce leader with experience building premium or luxury brands in spirits, drinks, lifestyle, or digitally native consumer goods.
* Proven track record of delivering measurable growth through digital channels and DTC strategies.
* Hands-on and entrepreneurial, equally at ease developing high level strategy and executing first wave activations, content, and campaigns.
