Prompt Engineer
within our vibrant, forward-thinking AI team? As a Prompt Engineer, you will be at the forefront of shaping how AI is adopted, ensuring that others can confidently build, deploy, and iterate on AI-powered solutions.

Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.
Grade: Senior Consultant/Manager

A Snapshot Of Your Peer Group

* Deep experience designing, testing, and optimizing prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4/5, Claude, Gemini) and/or multimodal models.
* Preferably engaged with Microsoft AI platforms and tools (such as Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or related communities), and up to date with the latest advancements in the Microsoft AI stack.
* Passion for teaching, mentoring, and enabling others to build their own AI solutions.
* Deeply motivated by the positive impact AI can have on individuals, organizations, and society, demonstrating a commitment to responsible, ethical, and inclusive AI adoption.
* Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, APIs, and tools (e.g., LangChain, Copilot Studio, OpenAI APIs, vector databases).
* Experience leading or participating in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
* Proven ability to drive technology adoption and manage change in complex environments.
* Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences.
* Commitment to staying at the bleeding edge of AI advancements and sharing insights with the team.

Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:

* Design, Develop, and Optimize Prompts: Craft, test, and refine advanced prompts for large language models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems to solve complex business challenges.
* Lead workshops, create learning resources, and provide hands-on coaching to empower colleagues and clients to become effective prompt engineers themselves.
* Develop and document best practices for chaining prompts, managing context, and integrating LLMs with external tools and APIs.
* Establish robust evaluation frameworks for prompt effectiveness, safety, and bias mitigation; guide others in responsible AI use.
* Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation, translating business needs into scalable prompt-based solutions.
* Foster a culture of experimentation and knowledge sharing through internal forums, hackathons, and open office hours.
* Drive adoption of prompt engineering practices through clear communication, training, and support for change initiatives.
* Create and maintain high-quality documentation, prompt libraries, and reusable templates to accelerate AI adoption across the organization.
