On behalf of our Telecommunications client, we are hiring a Senior Account Manager to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Take responsibility for high-value accounts in the Irish telco market, including establishing relationships with key decision-makers, developing and implementing customer relationship plans, and supporting decisions that improve the market landscape and increase market share.
2. Lead project operations as a Project Director or a core team member of key projects, build pipelines, and close deals.
3. Gain insights into customers' long-term strategies, understand their pain points in business, networks, and services, and influence their requirements. Identify strategic cooperation opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve these collaborations.
4. Explore opportunities for market expansion, guide win-win projects, and resolve customer issues.
5. Lead project negotiations, transaction model design, and project transactions and operations, including dispute resolution and risk management in complex scenarios.
Professional Knowledge:
* Formulate and implement dynamic sales strategies.
* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
* Build and nurture strong client relationships.
* Possess advanced knowledge in telecommunications, including solutions and services.
Key Skills:
* Contract negotiation and transaction management

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
