Overview
The Site Operations Department is responsible for the overall health of all mechanical and electrical systems, building maintenance, and performance of all data modules in our data centers. The team operates 24 x 7 onsite with Critical Facilities Technicians (CFTs) on shift. Using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), the department plans and tracks maintenance activities and handles all preventative and corrective maintenance. Position Overview
We are looking for a Critical Facilities Technician who understands what best-in-class service looks like and can make that a reality. This role is a key member of our facilities team, managing some of the most efficient and cost-effective data center facilities in the industry.
The successful candidate will work with a team of electrical and mechanical-focused engineers performing maintenance and repair for our data center infrastructure. We maintain a high standard of uptime to ensure uninterrupted service for our customers.

Essential Job Functions
* Ensure the completion of maintenance activities to a high quality level of planning, preparation, execution, and reporting
* Ensure full reliability of the infrastructure with a focus on continuity of services, energy efficiency, and budgetary constraints
* Use the BMS (Building Management System) and other available systems; perform regular walkthroughs to maintain up-to-date monitoring on site
Job Requirements
* Technical training (advanced technician or engineer level) in one of the following fields: electricity (generators, UPS, low-voltage distribution), air conditioning, fire and physical safety and security (access control, video and anti-intrusion systems) or centralized building management systems
* Data Center experience, ideally in data center operations or similar mission-critical environments
* Demonstrated knowledge in operating, maintaining, repairing, inspecting, and testing critical electrical distribution systems, HVAC systems, and building management/automation equipment
* Experience supervising Level II, III, and IV maintenance works on site infrastructure
* Proven skills in the use of software such as BMS, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and MS Project
* Reliable transportation for reporting to work for shifts or emergencies
