Resort Maintenance Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Resort Assistant Maintenance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in maintaining the exceptional standards of one of Ireland's most renowned resort destinations.
About the Role
* To assist in implementing and monitoring an effective resort-wide maintenance system, working closely with the Resort Maintenance Manager.
* To lead the completion of all daily maintenance tasks and ensure they are accurately recorded in Snapfix.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will have hands-on experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and other trades. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all team members follow safe working procedures and comply with Health & Safety legislation.
Key Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A relevant qualification or technical training in a trade (electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc.)
* Previous experience in a supervisory maintenance role (hotel/resort/similar)
* Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and develop a team
