This role requires one day per week (Tuesday) in our Kilkenny HQ.
Responsibilities:
Proposals & RFP Support
Assist in coordinating responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
Help prepare client facing proposal documents
Track submission timelines and ensure documents are delivered on time
Contract & Document Management
Support the preparation and management of commercial agreements
Help maintain an organised repository of documents and ensure records are up to date
File all documentation in line with internal processes
Other Commercial Support
Proofread and review commercial documentation for accuracy and consistency
Support the creation of commercial, sales, and training materials as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure commercial tools (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo) are used effectively
Carry out ad hoc tasks as required to support the wider commercial team
The skills that you have:
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Experience with Salesforce is advantageous (desirable not essential)
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
An exceptional attention to detail and a proactive attitude
High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English
