The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales across the Ford range. You will guide customers through every stage of the purchasing journey, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover, ensuring a professional and seamless experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover
Deliver clear and engaging sales presentations on Ford vehicles
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals for part‑exchange
Advise customers on finance, insurance, and additional products
Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation
Ensure showroom and online stock is presented to a high standard
Handle customer queries and resolve any issues professionally
What We’re Looking For
Previous sales or customer‑facing experience (motor industry experience an advantage but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, professional, and target‑driven
Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations
Strong organisational and IT skills
A team player with a positive and ambitious attitude
What We Offer
Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure
On‑target earnings of €50,000 - €70,000+ depending on performance
