We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional dining experience and are now looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to support our Floor Manager and help lead our front-of-house team.The RoleAs Floor Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role on the floor, supporting the Floor Manager with the day-to-day running of service. You will help train and motivate staff, manage the floor during busy periods, handle customer queries and complaints, and ensure that Hooked's high standards of service are consistently met.This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, enjoys leading a team, and takes real pride in customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Floor Manager in overseeing all front-of-house operations during serviceLead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality and customer serviceAssist with training, onboarding, and ongoing development of floor staffManage daily staff briefings, floor plans, and section allocationsAct as first point of contact for customer feedback and complaints, resolving issues professionallyLiaise closely with kitchen management to ensure smooth service flowMonitor floor standards including cleanliness, presentation, and organisationSupport with bookings, walk-ins, and efficient table managementAssist with staff supervision, motivation, and performanceOversee till systems, cash handling, and end-of-day procedures when requiredHelp with stock control for service items (menus, cutlery, uniforms, etc.)Support light social media and promotional content where requiredEnsure compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and licensing regulationsRequirementsPrevious experience in asupervisory or senior floor role in a busy restaurantStrong leadership, communication, and people-management skillsExcellent customer service and problem-solving abilityCalm under pressure and confident managing a busy floorHighly organised with great attention to detailPositive, professional, and proactive attitudeFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak periodsJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: €14.50 per hourExperience:Supervising: 1 year (required)Language:English (required)Work Location: In person
