Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator
Job Description:
The Finance Operations team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes and procedures. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for managing daily debt collection, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records.
You will work closely with other departments to identify potential problems and ensure swift resolution. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 Grade C3/H5 at Higher Level in the Leaving Certificate (or equivalent)
* Previous administration experience an advantage
* Customer service experience an advantage
* Accounts receivable experience desirable
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
* Good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize tasks effectively
