Global Business Development Representative
We are seeking a driven and bilingual professional to join our new global pilot team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for technology sales to represent one of the world's most innovative companies in mobility.
This role requires you to become a product expert, managing objections and conducting customer demonstrations. You will be responsible for prospecting and hunting for new customers within the German market, collaborating with cross-functional sales teams and managing your sales pipeline.
About the Role
* Lead sales activities and drive revenue growth through effective business development strategies.
* Prospect and hunt for new customers within the German market.
* Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams and manage your sales pipeline.
* Work to achieve daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales goals.
* Utilize excellent sales skills to maximize sales attainment and conduct a solution sell.
Requirements
* Fluency in both English and German is essential.
* Proven experience meeting or exceeding SDR activity goals/quotas.
* A minimum of two years of sales experience, with B2B or telesales experience preferred.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Linked In Sales Navigator is a plus.
* Strong business acumen and a keen interest in leading-edge technology.
* Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills with a professional telephone presence.
* The ability to quickly articulate technical and business value propositions via phone, email, and chat.
This is a permanent position based in Dublin City South with flexible working hours. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
