Role Description
This role is for a Supply Chain Director responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and alignment with overall business objectives. In this position, you will manage supply chain strategy, operational execution, and continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution activities.
As a Supply Chain Director, you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain processes that support organizational growth, cost control, and service quality. You will ensure that supply chain activities are coordinated effectively, from supplier management through delivery and fulfillment.
Key responsibilities include monitoring supply chain performance, identifying risks and bottlenecks, and driving initiatives to optimize efficiency and responsiveness. You will support strategic planning, demand forecasting, and resource allocation to maintain smooth operations and meet customer and business needs.
The role also involves leading and mentoring supply chain teams, establishing operational standards, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external regulations. You will oversee reporting and performance metrics to provide visibility and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

* Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred
