Job Summary
This is a hybrid Customer Operations & Business Analyst role — ideal for someone with 2–4 years of SaaS experience who's analytical, systems-savvy, thrives in fast-moving environments and considers themselves a strong generalist.
You'll be part of an experienced, high-performing startup team where things move quickly, priorities shift, and resilience is key. Work closely with cross-functional teams and play a vital role in helping us scale with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform admin tasks across internal tools. Manage day-to-day operations across platforms like CRMs, support systems, and other internal tools — ensuring smooth execution and high-quality data.
* Support customer onboarding and setup. Own and improve onboarding workflows, ensuring each customer is set up for success from day one.
* Deliver responsive customer support. Triage and respond to platform queries with care, while refining internal resources and help content based on real interactions.
* Uncover patterns and insights. Analyse customer behaviour, product usage, and support data to surface trends, spot issues, and support proactive Customer Success strategies.
* Optimise internal systems and workflows. Streamline cross-functional processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing improvements, and keeping the team informed.
* Support change and rollout. Coordinate product updates and process changes across internal teams and customers, ensuring clear communication and adoption.
Qualifications
* 2–4 years of experience in a SaaS company and fast-paced startup environment
* Strong operational mindset with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident working with tools like CRMs (e.g. HubSpot), support platforms (e.g. Zendesk), Automation tools (i.e. Zapier), and Google Workspace — or quick to learn new ones
* Analytical thinker with the ability to identify patterns, spot inefficiencies, and translate data into clear actions
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams like Product, Customer Success, and Sales
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Resilient, resourceful, and comfortable working under pressure in a fast-changing environment
* Based in Dublin and available to work from our office regularly
