**Job Title:** Procurement Business Support Analyst
This is a six-month fixed-term position with our public sector client, where the successful candidate will be available to start immediately.
We offer the flexibility of working remotely for this role.
Location: Dublin, Cork or Remote
Training and Support: Comprehensive training and support will be provided to ensure success in this role.
Compensation: The annual salary is €35,256, which equates to an hourly rate of €19.30
**Key Responsibilities:
• Strong capability to analyze, troubleshoot, resolve, and process procurement user tickets
• Excellent communication skills, including system and process training, as well as creation of training documents
• Experience working with CRM applications and e-procurement systems (such as Ariba and S4 Hana) from a purchase-to-pay perspective
• Customer service skills, handling system 'how to' queries and providing simple procurement guidance
• Triage of other relevant procurement-related queries to the appropriate next level of procurement support via the CRM system
• Allocation of tickets where appropriate to other support functions
• Action on feedback from service users/customers and reporting to line manager
• Promoting and maintaining a customer-focused environment, including monitoring efficiency of service provided by the team and notifying supervisor of any deficiencies
• Resolving/assigning support tickets and escalating based on internal Service Level Agreements
• Implementing agreed changes to delivery of the service
• Encouraging and supporting staff through change processes
• Delivering on Team KPIs
• Maintaining own knowledge of relevant employer policies, procedures, guidelines, and practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, including presenting information in a clear and concise manner
• Strong written communication skills
• Commitment to developing own knowledge and expertise
**Requirements:
• Bachelor of Business/Supply Chain profile
• Minimum one year experience in supply chain management
• Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup, Pivot Table)
• Strong interpersonal and interfacing skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Irish language fluency desired
