A leading civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead works on the BusConnects Liffey Valley to Dublin Bus Corridor project. This is a high-profile transport infrastructure project, offering the chance to manage major roadworks, junction upgrades, and associated civil engineering works within Dublin and surrounding areas.This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in road infrastructure projects and a proven track record in delivering complex civil works safely, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Lead planning, coordination, and execution of the BusConnects Liffey Valley to Dublin Bus Corridor projectManage all aspects of project delivery, including schedule, budget, quality, and safetyOversee site operations, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure works are carried out according to design, specifications, and standardsMonitor and report on project progress, risks, and resource allocationLiaise with clients, designers, local authorities, and stakeholders to resolve technical or commercial issuesEnsure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standardsMentor and support junior project staff and site engineersRequirements:Minimum 5 years' experience in civil engineering project management, with demonstrable experience on road and transport infrastructure projectsDegree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplineStrong understanding of road construction, junction works, and urban transport infrastructureProven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectivelyExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsKnowledge of Irish construction regulations, transport planning, and safety requirementsValid SafePass/CSCS certificationSalary & Benefits:Competitive salary: €85,000 – €95,000 per annum (depending on experience)Pension scheme and other company benefitsOpportunity to lead a high-profile transport infrastructure project in DublinClear career progression within a reputable civil engineering companySupport for professional development and continuous learning
