The Investments business is one of the key drivers of revenues and profitability at our organization. Our Investments professionals are responsible for investing insurance premiums and deposits to generate net investment income that can be used to pay claims or benefits and provide returns to shareholders.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide operational support to internal stakeholders not limited to but including Corebridge Financial Asset Management Front Office, Investment Accounting, Global Capital Markets, Middle Office, Compliance and Corebridge Financial Treasury.
* Responsible for the oversight of Aladdin Cash exceptions reports to ensure that cash non-receipts and cash differences between Aladdin records and Custodian records are escalated where required following review of commentary/root cause/responsible party.
* Responsible for the oversight of Aladdin Position exception reports. This primarily consists of reviewing differences between Aladdin Vs Custodian & Aladdin Vs External Investment Managers ensuring that escalation on specific types of breaks in order to resolve where possible.
* Responsible for maintenance of PMF (Portfolio Master File) workflow tool to ensure that requests are actioned in a timely manner.
* Responsible for the oversight of PMF (Portfolio Master File) Control reports to ensure that our records and Aladdin records are aligned & escalated where they are not.
* Act as a single point of contact for Investment Accounting, Portfolio Managers, Traders, Compliance and Insurance Companies in respect to Investment operations queries.
* Responsible for the timely & accurate distribution of monthly reporting as required by internal / external stakeholders* Continually review processes to identify areas for increased efficiency and risk reduction* Assist with regular audit related requests from internal & external auditors* Support team manager & team lead as and when required
