Customer Service Representative Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial contact with current and prospective customers, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our center.
* Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
* Attend daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and contribute to the success of the center.
* Work with customers through various channels such as email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business.
* Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into loyal clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and able to build relationships.
* Great listening and organization skills.
* Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
* Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
* Ability to work under pressure to produce high-quality work.
