We give you the challenge and support you need, and you can shape your own career according to your strengths, skills and personality.Key ResponsibilitiesFull responsibility for restructuring assignments to include planning and executing strategies for liquidations, receiverships, SCARPs and examinership assignmentsAdvising clients on restructuring, insolvency and general business or operational challenges and resolving problems as they ariseLiaising with legal advisors, property advisors, project managers, architects and other professionals and business providersWorking with clients to ensure delivery of strategiesPreparation of reports for clientsEnsuring projects and cases are completed within appropriate timeframe and budgetCoaching and mentoring trainees within teamOther ad hoc department issues when required
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or other relevant qualificationHave strong technical knowledge of formal restructuring processesHave experience working with a diverse portfolio of clientsIT skills; must have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPointDriven with the ability to use own initiativeStrong communication skills – both written and verbalExcellent interpersonal skillsCommercial awarenessBenefits
