Job Description:
The Team Leader will play a pivotal role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, while also making a positive impact on the local community.
Main Responsibilities:
* The Team Leader will work closely with the Assistant Manager and/or Store Manager to lead the store team in adhering to store policies, standards, and practices.
* In the absence of other leaders, the Team Leader will be responsible for the store, including keyholder responsibilities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
* The ideal candidate will have previous store retail experience, with at least 6 months at a supervisory level leading a team of people in a customer-focused environment.
* The successful candidate will be target-driven, focused on continuous improvement, and able to inspire everyone to do their best for each other and the customer.

Working Hours:
Full-time positions are available, working 42.5 hours per week within the opening hours of the store (Monday to Sunday, 6:00am to midnight).
