Are you a dedicated and detail-oriented individual looking for a part-time job opportunity? We are seeking Cleaners to join our team and ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of our school dormitories. As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for our students.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of school dormitories, including bedrooms, common areas, and bathrooms.
Dust and Vacuum: Dust and vacuum all surfaces, including floors, furniture, and fixtures, to remove dirt, debris, and allergens.
Trash Removal: Empty trash bins and replace liners, ensuring proper disposal of waste in accordance with established guidelines.
Surface Disinfection: Use appropriate cleaning agents and disinfectants to sanitize surfaces, doorknobs, and frequently-touched areas to prevent the spread of germs.
Restocking Supplies: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
Reporting Maintenance Issues: Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly.
Adherence to Safety Protocols: Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Maintain Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of students' personal belongings and information.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other cleaning staff and supervisors to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
Qualifications:
* Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
* Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Punctuality and reliability are essential.
* Good communication skills. Elementary to Intermediate English is required.
* Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
* Must be authorized to work in Ireland and meet all legal requirements.
