Job Title
This is a senior management position responsible for overseeing the operational and financial functions of an organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with regulations, maintain accurate records, and perform reconciliations.
* Conduct regular meetings to review progress and targets, prepare forecasts, and calculate bonuses.
* Supervise staff, oversee recruitment processes, and manage staff resourcing and leave records.
* Evaluate office facilities and equipment, manage maintenance contracts, and ensure IT infrastructure is in place.
* Maintain internal communication processes, manage online presence, and coordinate events.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a dual finance and operations role, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and hold an accounting qualification.
