Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished Training and Development Associate to support our Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in administration.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintenance and management of Learning and HR systems, reporting and analytics
* Creation, rollout, and evaluation of E-learning Programs
* Registration and tracking of professional exams, certifications, and training records
* Preparation of Minimum Competency and Fitness reports
* Development and submission of monthly and quarterly HR metrics
* Coordination and administration of Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives
Requirements:
* Exceptional interpersonal, administrative, and organizational abilities
* Digital literacy with a passion for technology and innovation
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
* Prior experience in presenting, training, or coaching is desirable
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities effectively
