Key Responsibilities
Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to loan drawdown
Advise clients on suitable mortgage solutions including first-time buyers, movers, switchers, and investment properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the mortgage journey
Prepare and submit mortgage applications while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Maintain excellent customer service standards and provide regular updates to clients
Keep up to date with market trends, lender criteria, and regulatory requirements
Key Skills & Experience
QFA qualified or working towards qualification
Previous experience within mortgage advisory, mortgage administration, or retail banking
Strong understanding of the Irish mortgage market and lending process
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Advantageous
Experience working within a brokerage environment
Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
