Health and Safety Leadership Role
We are seeking a seasoned Health and Safety Technical Lead to drive strategic initiatives and ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in the water or utilities industry, with demonstrated people management skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the development and implementation of a comprehensive Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) strategy.
* Coordinating with Regional Health & Safety Managers to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving positive change and promoting a culture of safety across the organization.
