Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an IT Helpdesk Engineer to be based in Limerick or Clare to provide technical support to customers via the telephone and on-site.

As an IT Helpdesk Engineer, you will: - Provide an outstanding troubleshooting and technical resolution service - Join a growing team of Desktop Support Engineers - Engage with customers - Utilise remote access software to identify and resolve issues - Complete regular network installations - Occasionally travel to visit satellite sites Interested?
