Overview
Applicants are invited to apply for a 1-year fixed term post as Assistant Manager - Catering Department 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Essential Criteria
* Have a recognised Catering or management Degree or a minimum of 5 years management experience in a Healthcare / Hospitality Setting.
* Detailed working knowledge of Food Safety & Food Safety Systems. (IS340 and ISO22000)
* Have experience in HR matters, including rostering, recruitment and Finance
* Have an interest in project development within the Catering Department—particularly in relation to Hospital-wide projects affecting the Catering Department.
* Have a high degree of computer literacy, Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Excellent leadership skills, with ability to manage, motivate & develop staff
* Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
