Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To: As an Apprentice Motor Mechanic, you will be:
* Learning and Training: Undergoing hands-on training and education to gain expertise in automotive maintenance and repair tasks. This includes tasks such as diagnosing and fixing mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine maintenance, and using various tools and equipment.
* Assisting Senior Technicians: Supporting experienced mechanics in their tasks, observing their work, and learning from their expertise. This may involve tasks like assisting in vehicle inspections, repairs, and parts replacement.
* Tools and Equipment: Familiarizing themselves with automotive tools and equipment and learning how to use them safely and effectively.
* Safety: Following safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and others.
* Documentation: Maintaining records of work completed, including repairs and services performed on vehicles.
* Customer Service: Interacting with customers, answering questions, and providing information about the work being done on their vehicles.
* Professional Development: Attending training sessions and classes to gain additional skills and knowledge in the automotive field.
* Compliance: Adhering to all regulations and standards related to automotive repair and maintenance.
