Carrickamore Quarries Ltd., a family-run business located in South Monaghan, is seeking a dedicated candidate to join our team in a full-time (part time possible for the right candidate) Logistics and Accounts Coordinator position. The correct candidate will be working in a busy office as part of a two-person team. Initially in a supporting role both persons will be expected to form a strong team that collectively manages all office functions.

This position is a key role in the organisation and is central to our operations, the Logistics and Accounts Coordinator will be a vital link between our business and customers. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining efficient communication and coordination. The role involves both customer-facing and internal interactions, acting as a bridge between our customers and floor staff.

We are searching for a proactive and self-motivated individual who works well independently and thrives on taking initiative. A natural curiosity to learn and grow in the role is essential.

While some prior experience is desirable, training will be provided to the right candidate.

Our team is expanding – there is scale for growth for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities of Logistics and Accounts Coordinator:

· Liaising with customers to determine their order requirements; receiving, organising and processing customer orders and queries in a busy environment

· Preparing and issuing monthly sales invoices using our account's software (Sage).

· Other bookkeeping & office duties.

Key Skills and Attributes

· ⁠Trustworthy

· ⁠A desire to progress in your role

· ⁠Computing skills: proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Sage accounts desirable, not essential

While some prior experience is desirable, training will be provided to the right candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time (3 full days minimum)
