This will massively assist you with your onboarding. Their modern office space has a great buzz, with everyone collaborating. What will you be doing in this Program Manager Automotive or Telecommunications role Program & Delivery Leadership:-Own end-to-end delivery of high-visibility programs with multiple, unrelated projects and life cycles. Manage interdependencies and risks across workstreams, driving execution through PMO best practices. Introduce structure and synergies in a highly dynamic portfolio, ensuring consistent quality, reporting, and stakeholder alignment. Monitor customer satisfaction, risk trends, and delivery health across all programs. Customer Engagement & Influence:-Working with your external customers, you will get involved at the early stages in the Sales / RFQ process. Resulting in a more defined project plan to give to the team. Build trust with account teams by embedding PMO disciplines earlier in the project lifecycle. Influence internal and external decision-making, ensuring delivery feasibility is part of upfront conversations. Organisational Change & Collaboration:-Act as achange agent, driving a shift in how delivery is approached, from reactive handovers to proactive planning. Partner with sales, account managers, and functional teams to embed structured delivery frameworks at project inception. Lead process improvements that cascade across the broader program portfolio. Leadership & Stakeholder Management:-Confident and influential voice both internally and externally, advocating for delivery priorities, securing critical resources, and driving timely escalations when necessary. Lead and mentor teams through complexity and change, ensuring alignment, clarity, and cohesion across all program activities.
