Cpl Healthcare is actively seeking a qualified Person in Charge for residential services based in Dunshane, Kildare.
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to support adults with intellectual disabilities in a community-based setting, assisting with independent living skills and community integration.

It is a full-time salaried position, averaging around 40 hours per week, which may include being on call during evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
* A minimum of Level 7 on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies, Social Care Management, or an equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care.
* A postgraduate qualification, ideally in Social Care Management or a Management Qualification.
* At least 3 years of senior management experience at a similar level of responsibility, including demonstrable experience in strategic planning.
* At least 5 years’ experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector.
