Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team.

What You'll Do
You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Ensure your store's success through leadership and coordination of store activities.
Participate in an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training prior to and during your role.

Qualifications
High school diploma required
Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors.
Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods.
Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Strong verbal communication and conflict management skills are required.
