About this role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading by example and demonstrating exceptional customer service skills. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that every customer has a seamless experience within the store.
Your Responsibilities:
* Host in-store events and activities to engage customers
* Lead a small team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
* Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
* Maintain high standards of store appearance and organization
* Manage cash reconciliations, customer queries, audit compliance, and stock management
You will be successful in this role if:
