Senior Paralegal / Transaction Manager
This role will support the execution of complex leasing and financing transactions from early negotiation through to aircraft delivery and beyond.
* Support the legal and commercial functions throughout the full transaction lifecycle
* Draft, review, and maintain transaction documentation
* Monitor contractual timelines and deliverables
* Manage Letters of Credit and other financial instruments
Key requirements include strong experience within aircraft leasing, legal transaction management, or aviation contract administration, excellent organisational skills, and confident communication with relationship management skills. A working knowledge of aviation insurance and risk documentation would be advantageous.
