Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Bettystown, Co Meath. The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, rotas, managing inventory, ensuring health and safety compliance, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure quality food and beverage service, implement marketing strategies, and track financial performance.
