We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven and motivated individual to join us as a Treasury Manager.
In this role you will shape the treasury organization and ensure we leverage technology to support our businesses globally, driving efficiency through a centralized treasury operational model.
Responsibilities
Lead a small team of treasury professionals, responsible for daily treasury operations, cash forecasting, bank account management, and oversight.
Develop and implement treasury strategies and policies to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risk.
Help to implement FIS Quantum and Payment Hub and migrate existing processes to the new Honeywell Aerospace model.
Oversee cash forecasting, liquidity management, and investment activities.
Provide financial thoughtfulness and facilitation to senior guide and business units.
Prepare treasury reports for senior management review.
Assist with managing and maintaining bank guarantee requirements.
Maintain and develop relationships with banks and other financial institutions to stay current on treasury changes.
Qualifications
Experience in treasury management with demonstrated progression and people leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of cash management, risk management, capital markets, and financial planning.
Experience in developing and implementing treasury strategies.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Strong communication and people‑oriented skills, with ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Good understanding of treasury technology and systems; experience with TMS an advantage.
Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
