Job Summary
At Arlo, our Finance Graduates gain hands-on experience across Accounts Receivable, Accounting, and wider finance functions. You'll be part of a small, high-impact team in a fast-paced multinational environment, reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager. This role offers broad exposure to all areas of finance and business within Arlo, making it an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to build a career in the technology industry. Organizational Relationships
This role involves close collaboration with Finance and Business teams in Ireland, APAC, and the US. Flexibility to join occasional evening calls may be required to support global time zones.
Specific Responsibilities
* Support the Worldwide Collections team to achieve strong monthly results, including managing high-volume customer accounts and resolving disputes on US retailer portals.
* Monitor credit risk across Arlo's global customer base and contribute to the renewal of the annual credit insurance policy.
* Collaborate with Accounting and FP&A teams on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
* Contribute to automation and process improvement efforts across the Finance function.
* Assist with the preparation of monthly Accounting, AR, and prepaid reports.
* Provide support for ad-hoc internal and external audit requests.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
* Enthusiastic, organized, and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage high-volume tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
* Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
