We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage our beauty department.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to support, motivate, and encourage a large team of colleagues, counter managers, and brand managers.
As the successful candidate, you will play an instrumental part in building brand loyalty, customer engagement, and relationships with brands, customers, and the overall leadership team.
The role involves empowering and supporting a team of 50+ employees by building genuine relationships, fostering a positive, team-focused work environment, ensuring 5-star customer service and engagement is delivered throughout the department, analysing sales KPIs and business goals, implanting action plans, conducting daily floor walks, and liaising with business/counter managers.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' retail fashion or beauty management experience, experience in managing teams of 20+, strong people leadership skills, a genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and fashion trends, good commercial awareness, excellent communication and customer service skills, and strong organisational and time-management abilities.
