Our Telecommunications client in Dublin West has an exciting requirement for a HRBP for an 18 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full HR support across the Ireland and Northern Ireland RESPONSIBILITIESREQUIRED *Coach and advise the business on any employee relations, performance management and employment law related issues *Key support on ER matters - *Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures *Promote engagement and retention strategies *Close work with L&D specialists, for design and delivery of required trainings *Ensure compliance with employment legislation *HR analysis and reporting ,as required EXPERIENCE REQUIRED *Bachelors degree in Human Resources *2+ years experience in a senior HR or Business Partner role *Proficient MS Office skills *Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills For further information please contact Maryclaire Booth or Skills: HRBP HR Business Partner HR Generalist
