Auxilia Group Recruitment are currently recruiting for a European Freight Sales Manager on behalf of our client within the transport sector.
This is a permanent opportunity based in Co.
Cork.
Role:
Identify and pursue new freight forwarding and logistics business opportunities within the European market.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
Drive new client acquisition through prospecting, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Develop tailored freight and logistics solutions based on customer needs.
Present sales proposals, negotiate rates, and secure contracts.
Requirements
Strong sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills for forecasting and market evaluation.
