Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor to join our team in Maynooth. As a vital member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and act as the first point of contact for customers in our store.
Your primary focus will be to offer advice and support that each of our customers needs. You will work closely with our excellent team and a support office to ensure seamless delivery of service.
You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving retail sales through link selling and advising customers of promotions in store, ensuring stock levels are maintained at optimal levels, and accurately and securely performing cash management duties.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the company merchandising standards are maintained, building customer loyalty, and tailoring conversations with every customer to ensure they leave our pharmacy feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong customer engagement and customer service skills
* Ability to effectively deal with customers
* Previous OTC sales and customer service experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Positive can-do attitude
