We are currently recruiting on behalf of a respected property in the Wexford area for an experienced Chef de Partie. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional kitchen team and continue developing your culinary skills in a supportive and well-run environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook dishes for your assigned section to consistently high standards.
* Complete all required mis-en-place ahead of service times.
* Work closely with other chefs to ensure smooth and efficient service.
* Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
* Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any faults.
* Contribute to waste control, portion management, and stock rotation.
* Assist in preparing varied, nutritious staff meals when required.
* Follow company policies and kitchen procedures.
* Attend training sessions and actively participate in development opportunities.
* Represent the kitchen and property with professionalism at all times.
Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
* HACCP trained and hygiene focused.
* Professional appearance and a positive, proactive work attitude.
* Ability to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts (5 out of 7 days), including weekends.
* Legally entitled to work in Ireland.
